| The U.S. DOT FRA’s April 2009 “Vision for High Speed Rail in America,” – This paper should be an embarrassment to the U.S. DOT and is posted here so you can see for yourself an example of bureaucratic “vision.” Do a CTRL + F search for maglev in the document and it will not come up. How can the U.S. DOT provide a vision of a high-speed ground transportation future and not even mention maglev – the most advanced high-speed ground transportation system ever developed? This is yet another blatant example of broken, or least inept, government. |
